When will my order ship? Your package will ship between 8-10 business days not including weekend with USPS tracking. We do our best to ship packages in a timely manner, but as it is only us, a husband-wife team, delays do occur at times. I ask for your patience and understanding as there is not a huge team being us.
When my order ships will I receive an email? When your order goes out a confirmation with tracking number will be sent to the email you listed.
What is the cost of shipping? Anything over $75 ships for free otherwise standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 or domestic shipping.
Do you have any promotions + or discount codes? Yes, join our email list and get 10% off your first order. Also, keep an eye out on our shop page, and social media sites both FB + IG for deals and flash sales. Periodically I will do free shipping on special events and post discount codes! You'll also find deals if you visit us in person at local events. Joining our email list is the best way to get exclusive deals.
Can I buy Little House on the Homestead products in retail locations? Yes! Check out our current stockists page for a list of retailers that carry our products and custom made products just for our their stores! Let's support small business.

What is your return policy? Please see our full return + disclosure policies at the bottom on our shop page. Due to the nature of our items, once purchased all sales are final and cannot be returned. If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing us at littlehouseonthehomesteadmn@gmail.com. Messages received after that time are subject to denial. Please note that we do sell out of items, so your replacement may consist of a like item if we are out of stock of current seasonal items. We do our best to make sure you get the exact item, yet in the event they sell out, you could receive a like item.
