Final Sale
Due to the nature of these bath and body products, I am not able to offer exchanges and or refunds. Items are considered final sale once checkout has been made.
Damaged/Defective Items
Please note that items do sell out, if you receive a damaged item, you may get a like item that needs replacement. We make every effort to make sure you receive the same product, but in the event that we are out of stock, please be aware of the replacement.
Note, we are a small business and it can take us up to 3-5 business days to respond back to your inquiry as we are a two person team.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 24 hours of your package arrival and will require photos of defective items. Please send us an email at info@shoplittlehouseonthehomestead.com . Please note without documentation of defective items will be rejected for replacement.
If you are wanting shipping items to be insured, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We make every effort to track your package, but once it leaves our business we can’t guarantee that it won't be delayed or lost in shipment and are not responsible for replacement at the cost of our business.
