Subscription Cancellation Policy
Hey friend! We know life happens. Here’s everything you need to know if you’re thinking about skipping or canceling your subscription.
This policy applies to subscription boxes only. One-time or prepaid purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refund and are considered final sale.
Important Things to Know:
5-Day Cancellation Window
- To avoid being charged for your next box, you must cancel or skip at least 10 days before your renewal date.
- If you don’t cancel or skip in time, your box will be processed — and at that point, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
Skipping Limit
- Need a break? No problem — you can skip up to two boxes in a row.
After two consecutive skips, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
(But don’t worry, you’re always welcome to re-subscribe if spots are open!)
Final Sale After Renewal
- Once your renewal goes through, your order is final.
No cancellations, no refunds — we’ve already started prepping your goodies!

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us right away at info@shoplittlehouseonthehomestead.com — if your box hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
- Please note, if you have not contacted us and your box has already shipped with your old address, and is sent back to us. You will be charged to re-ship it to the correct address.
